Skills course Cannock

Having come back to mountain biking recently from years of road riding it's been evident that my skills aren't quite up to scratch and I was thinking about doing a skills course at Cannock. Has anyone got any recommendations on who to go with or whether it's actually worth the money?
I'm definitely improving with more time on the bike but was hoping a course might accelerate my improvements

I was going to suggest chase skills but they seem to have disappeared. They used to meet at run and ride on the hednesford rd near rugeley. I'm pretty sure someone else will be running from there in place.

  • Before posting this I did a search which their name seemed to crop up with good feedback. Website doesn't seem to exist anymore

I've used them in the past and couldn't fault them.

Contact Sandy Plenty at the Trailhead bike shop in Shrewsbury. I’ve cannot recommend Sandy enough for his 121 mtb tuition.

Sandy Plenty sounds like either a Bond girl or a porn star.
  • Sandy Plenty, great name! I'll have a look, thanks
  • Apparently the guy from chase skills is now at skills loop https://www.skillsloop.com/
