Fulcrum wheel thru axle to quick release

Hi all,
Desperately hoping someone can help!
I have a set of fulcrum wind 55 wheels with the 142mm through axle standard and am trying to convert it to quick release.
The front is simple as the end caps from my previous mavic wheels fit perfectly, however not for the rear.
Does anyone know which part I need and how the hub comes apart for this to fit.
I have spent several hours now searching the internet but can find nothing!
