ANT+ and Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor

I used to use just an ANT+ monitor and the battery would last 6 months or so. I've just switched to an ANT+ and Bluetooth combined and I've found the battery only lasts a month (I have 2 and both are the same) Is this normal?

    No. Battery in my Tickr lasts 6-12 months and it is used 6-7 times a week.

    No, my Coospo H6 batteries last at least 4-5 months.

    Thanks guys. Thats what I would of expected. I've just put a new checked battery in the one I'm using, I'll see how long that lasts.

    My Tickr Bluetooth monitor only lasts about 2 months; my ant+ Garmin lasts 8-12 months.
