Question about strava

Just been informed that endomondo is finishing use it for riding and walking
My wife uses it for running and walking and we are able to track each other
Not clear wether the new app they recommend will enable us to carry doing this
Does strava cover walking I know it does riding and running.
I would be grateful for any help .

It does cover walking, as well as a huge number of other activities.
