    Not the exact one but same "brand". Nicely made . Used it for about a year before I sold the bike. I would buy again without hesitation.

    Is there any benefit to having a carbon seat stem other than reduced weight? Are they more comfortable?

    slight difference in weight/ feel. not much... a friend replaced his carbon post with a TI one. its up to you...

    It depends... I've been suprised at how much difference it can make sometimes, but it depends on the particular post, how long it is (more projection above the seat tube provides more length for flex), and how wide it is.
