Quantocks first time advice - accomodation/routes

Hi all,
Was planning on heading to Cymcarn/BPW in a few weeks time but obviously that's off so thinking about heading to the Quantocks instead. Never been before wondered if any with local knowledge can recommend a) a place to stay for 3 blokes, bunk room fine with easy access to eating and drinking, and b) some cracking routes, the must-dos. Planning to go down Saturday afternoon, do a 20ish mile night ride and on Sunday ride for about 4-5hrs.
