Clincher Gravel tyres for use on tubeless rims?

Love my gravel bike, and don't want to go tubeless. However, finding removing and re-fitting the tubeless-ready WTB Riddler 37c tyres an absolute mission the two times i've had a puncture. Something that would take me 5-8mins to swap the tube on my road bike, is taking 20 minutes plus on my gravel bike (WTB tubeless ready rims)

So, can anyone recommend Clincher gravel tyres that they use on tubeless-ready rims that are pretty east to put on and off?

Thanks

Problem could be the rims instead of the tyres.
Why not go tubeless and save the hassle of taking the tyres on and off the rims?

Planet X sell plenty of clincher gravel tyres but no idea how easy they're to fit onto WTB rims.
