Seatpost advise

I noticed a creaking noise from the seatpost saddle area of my Planet X road bike this past few days so on closer inspection this morning I noticed a very small bit of side to side play, it looks like the clamp is moving every so slightly inside the seatpost, anyone know if its possible to get this fixed or is it time for a new seatpost? seatpost is identical to the one in the photos.
