Looking for a Shimano caliper on eBay and saw this SLX M7100 and another one or maybe two XT calipers for sale from the same seller:-

Taken off and replaced for flat mounts? Condition is new and purchased as part of a groupset? What two groupsets? Why would all the hoses be cut off them? Just made me question the ad is all. 🤔

Chopped off a new bike somewhere and picture taken so you cant see marks from the mounting bolts.
If i was dodgy thats exactly how I would advertise them.0 -
Never thought of that one Mully79, good point. 🤔 It has been fitted for sure. I certainly wouldn't buy it just in case. There are plenty of more legit looking options cheaper.0

He's swapped that caliper for a flat mount 3 times if you look at his other items
I didn't think about it being a mobile mechanic, it's plausible.1 -
Lol! 🤣 Some good points being made but even more confused. I definitely ain't buying it Mate. 🙈0

Yeah, definitely. Managed to fix issue with my current caliper so not planning on buying a new one anytime soon but that one has too many question marks.
There's loads to pick from and wouldn't buy anything if even a slight chance it was not above board. 😎0
