If you have bought one suggest you take it back. If you are thinking about buying one suggest you think carefully.
These are the remnants of the clamp which attached mine to the towball. The remnants of my bikes are being repaired and Halfords can expect the bill having told me they propose to do absolutely nothing about collecting and repairing my bikes and forcing me to make a 2 day round trip from Lincolnshire to Scotland or pay a carrier £500 to do it. Sorry for the whining first post but had this been on the motorway rather than a back road in the Highlands someone could well have had the whole lot through the windscreen at 70MPH. They have really rubbed me up the wrong way in case you can't guess.
