Cannondale Synapse rear disk brake adaptor

I've recently acquired a 2017 Synapse frame that I'm about to build up. It's my first disk build so not 'expert'. I'm planning on using TRP Spyre mechanical callipers so I can retain the Ultegra 6800 shifters I have and keep the cost down. The front brake doesn't look as though it will be a problem as the hole spacing 75mm matches the TRP post mount. The rear brake however has a strange hole spacing, around 10cm and looks as though it will need some form of adaptor to match the TRP fitment.

Can any Synapse/Cannondale owners advise me on what adaptor I need and provide a photo/part no? Would be much appreciated.

Is it post or flat mount standard, if flat then I don't think you need an adaptor for TRP Spyre flat mount rear, unless you are using a 160mm rotor. Looks like you need one for the fork for 140mm &160mm rotors.

Thanks DJ. It needs a post mounted one. I think I've found the adaptor for the rear now, but it limits the rotor to 140mm from what I can see. That appears to be usual on many road bikes so no big deal, and saves a bit if weight!

Think it's ok, holes seem to line up with the caliper. It's a weird frame design by Cannondale and the adaptor is going to have to be torqued pretty tight to stop it from moving round.
