2GoCycling .....anyone had a refund ?

I arranged bike hire in Decmeber 2019. for my visit in June,
Prior to the reduction of the refund amonut, I contected them to ask what woud happen if i have to cancel. they said no problem , even if you give short notice you will get a full refund
( they normally reduce the amonut the less notice you give)
So i did not cancel in the Hope I coud go .....COVID Hits all flights stopped, I contacted Go2Cycle and they offer a voucher, despite saying full refund will be honored !!!!!!
I have no intentions of going back to Majorca. this was a one off visit ...... anyone else had issues with them , Ive seen a few reviews around the internet with similar stories
