Cube RA 0.8 freehub removal

Hi. I have a cube attain race 2020 road bike. My back wheel has started grating when freewheeling and I would like to service the freehub but I can't see how to take it off? A 12mm hex key is too small. Anyone have experience with these wheels can give me some advice please??
