Elite Custom Bottle Cages?

Anyone know what is up with Elite Bottle Cages? A year ago you could buy them in all colours to match your frame, now it's black or flouro green/yellow. There are very few options available in colours of all makes of cages. I particularly wanted an Elite in blue to match the other I have.

but you asked about blue ones, there are no blue ones on that page you link to, only the black with a bit of blue

I would think that someone somewhere is making a water bottle that is the color you want.
