Frame damage or cosmetics ?

Got a new bike since july. It's tt bike and i can only swap front shifting by automatic di2 process.

This morning chain as jump just after the automatic front shifting and this happen :

Did you think that is a frame or cosmetics damage ?

It doesn’t look like there are any CF threads showing, so Id say that’s just cosmetic.
