Schwalbe Racing Ray as rear tire?

Hi all, I purchased a Racing Ray by mistake... along with a Nobby Nic. The plan was to have Nobby Nic up front and Racing Ralph on the back. Does anyone have any experience/advice on putting the Racing Ray on the rear? Or would i be better to get a Racing Ralph for my original plan or use the Ralph and Ray?
I mainly do XC in south of UK.

As you may know, the Racing Ralph's design is geared more towards traction at the expense of lateral grip - It will be less likely to wheelspin, but is more likely to slide in a turn. The Racing Ray is the opposite. In reality though, neither are particularly aggressive tread patterns, and the difference in traction will likely be minimal. I would use it as you have it and see how it works for you.
