Dropper post nightmare

I have a 2021 Trek X-Caliber 8 and want to buy a dropper post, but its a nightmare finding one that will fit, the only thing I can see if the Oneup 120mm Dropper which is out of stock everywhere.

My tube bottoms out on the internal hosing for a 2nd bottle holder 19cm into the tube, my total overall length is 35.5 from the bottom of the tube to the seat rails.

Can any-one help?

If you want an internally routed remote cable, try this from Brand -X

It is 85mm tavel, but is quite short in the bit that goes into the seat tube, maximum insertion being 195mm.

If you don't need to push the whole of the dropper body inot the seat tube, then maybe you could used the 105mm travel version.

The only snag is that it is a 27.2mm dia dropper, but you can shim that. There are shims available widely that will do the job. Shims are good, I've used them before.

If you would be happy with an externally routed remote cable (absolutely nothing wring with them, they were all like that at one time)., then try this, also by Brand-X.

You have a choice of seat tube diameters here and travel lengths. But the key page is the dimension chart. Once you know the extended length of the dropper, plus the height of the saddle, you will know how far in to the seat tube the dropper must go. Look at the dimension tables and choose.

Thanks for the reply, Ive gone for the rockshox reverb stealth c1 in 125mm, seems to have decent reviews and a very short internal post
