Hi
I'm looking at replacing a shimano 105 crankset 170mm with a 160mm crank length. I know the new 105 goes down to a 160. But i don't want to swap the whole groupset over as it's 10 speed at the moment. They appear to be as rare as hens teeth. Anybody know of a good replacement.

You can use a new 11 speed 105 chainset on a 10 speed drivetrain no problem, I do just that
If you can't find it in the UK, they seem to have it in stock in Germany

I've only seen the 160mm versions here:

If you're based in the UK be aware the payment will be in Euros, so you might pay a small fee or percentage to the bank for a foreign currency transaction.
10 vs 11 doesn't matter for chainrings/cranks, I bet it'll work fine. It's only really the rear where 10 vs 11 speed matters. I've swapped 10 and 11 speed cranks between my two bikes and never had an issue. The tooth profile on the chainrings is the same.
The only change Shimano made when moving to R7000 was to increase the gap between the chainrings by 0.4mm. They did this by moving the inner ring inboard by 0.4mm. That won't be a problem.0
