bomber mx pro lo ( old forks ) help with missing parts

Hi, I recently bought my first mountain bike and it has a set of bomber forks, there is a part missing which i believe may be the lockout lever, and one of the screws shown in the pic seems to be cross threaded.
I've done some googling and think they are 2005 - 2008 and there i cant find any replacement parts for them. Are there other parts from other forks that fit? eg suntour forks?
we have 3d printed a lever and the assembly does turn but only gave me 1/4 inch more movement so will probably need a good service as well.
can they be rescued or are they a lost cause?

update : so we went ahead and too them apart anyway ans the cartridge is not moving at all so thats the issue, it is an SR Suntour cartridge sr (suntour fun 015-04 07j)
is there a newer alternative we can use, options? or is it a lost cause, cant really afford new forks. thanks0
