Cycling insurance?

I met a bloke the other week and he mentioned cycling insurance for if you have an accident (rather than bike being stolen).

I'm looking for experiences and recommendations as it really does make sense to me.

I'd start by using the search function.

PB is correct, however British Cycling membership is what I use as it gives 3rd party cover in case of an accident as part of membership. Never had to use it but it's there if needed. They will also assist in claiming off others or at least point you in the right direction.

Only if the others are not also covered by BC.

Try Yellow Jersey their insurance also covers you if you throw the bike down the road. There are various levels of cover too.

I've been with Bikmo for a few years.
We're very helpful when I had a woman on a bike pull out Infront of me which wrote off my 4.5k Tarmac.
Claim filed Thursday, phone call from underwriters on Friday to settle, money in my bank on the Tuesday
