I need a Kryptonite EZ-mount

Four years of riding over cobblestones has destroyed my D-lock mounting bracket. I've heard bad things about the new bracket Kryptonite sells which has a strap, so I'd like to get the old-fashioned plastic EZ-mount bracket. Does anyone have a spare one lying around that they are willing to sell? I've seen one on Ebay in the US but the shipping costs twice as much as the actual thing!

I have a "Flex Frame U bracket" that I've never used, but I think that's the one with the strap that you don't want?

But the link with the hose clamps is probably the way I'm going to have to go. Thanks!

Has anyone got a solution for when the plastic clip goes? At least the lock was robust enough to last being driven over by the car behind us!
