New frame advice

Looking at buying a frame from China (fm098) anybody got any advice on best way to go about it, custom charges and sites to use etc. Its all a bit confusing

    After seeing some posts from people here who have bought frames from China and been disappointed with them I'd just get one from Planet X or Ribble or whatever. What's your comeback if the frame cracks after a week ?
    How much are you saving ?
