2011 Supersix frame
My wife gave me a second hand only used for two years 2011 Supersix team frame as a build project. This is my first build, my friend that sold her the bike said he most likely has the Cannondale crank for the bike. Trying to decide the direction for the bottom bracket. What bearings to use, are Ceramicspeed worth the price or if anybody has experience with the bbinfinite or any other direction I should look at, also trying to avoid the creaking. Any help would be much appreciate it.

Specs for the 2011 SuperSix:

This suggests that it is a BB30 bottom bracket (not BB30A) so you need a crank that will fit BB30 if you want to stick with that bottom bracket.
Using bearing retaining compound (e.g. https://www.henkel-adhesives.com/uk/en/product/retaining-compounds/loctite_641.html) helps a little bit with the creaking.
You can also get conversion kits for BB30 to Shimano (https://wheelsmfg.com/bottom-brackets/bb30-outboard/bb30-to-outboard-bottom-bracket-for-24mm-cranks-shimano-black.html ). These screw together and supposedly stop the creaking.0 -
Thanks, I also wanted to know if anyone had any thoughts on the bbinfinite.0
