Hi all,
Bottom bracket needs replacing. Never done anything like that before.
Can anyone point me to a workshop manual? I am in the UK where would anyone suggest I obtain the necessary parts?

I'd expect its a sealed square taper so
Remove cranks
Change BB
You need to remove the cranks, measure the frame shell width and the axle width and buy a suitable replacement, go with Shimano EN53 of the correct size, usually cheapest on Ebay.
