    I'm considering trying to run.

I didn't realise you also suffered a blow to the head.

Unfortunately I did, waking up with a stiff neck and a headache every day due to whiplash. Got a neat little scar in my eyebrow from where my sunglasses broke too.
Like I said at the time, you don't bounce as well in your 50s.

Can someone get a picture of Sungod please.
Preferably mostly bike in the picture.

Just hang around the 'Sugar Daddy Cafe' in SW3 with a telephoto lens .
That place must be well frequented.
By rich old blokes or young gold diggers?

I did mean that the decision to go for a run...

I'd hate to test how well I bounce.

    What yer sayin' about Sungod?!

You obviously don't want to be invited to petit-déjeuner at colbert either.

I know, I was just using that as an excuse and feeling sorry for myself.
My recommendation is avoid testing it by steering clear of twunts in cars

Luckily I live in a place where I can find roads where I hardly see a car.
When I used to commute by bike, I got into some serious scrapes and could never keep my cool with idiot drivers.
I think it's much better for my mental and physical well being living in the sticks. Probably better for others too!

Have you been on the bike since? Have you got a TT to try pedalling?

I'm just warning him as he might be 'targeted'. After all, the best thing for a gold digger is is gold mine

No, tried a couple of times and whilst i could rest myy hand on the bars any bumps or braking attempts resulted in shooting pains. no TT, EPO has a cheap fold up exercise bike but it's too small and hideous for anything more than about 20 minutes before knee pain kicks in. House is too small for a TT but might have to get one and put in the garage, then I'd have to improve wifi and get a screen to relieve the boredom.

Seems like that was his plan.

The system breaks down if you only have one of the two types.
