Headset Bearings

I can't seem to find an exact match for the bearings in my headset. Which numbers/ letters are the important ones to look at when searching for replacement headset bearings?

My bearings say: THMR 1211-1/8 45x45H8

Measure them. Or try airevelo bearings or edgesport uk.
Failing that, measure them.

Measure them. Not sure about airevelo. Ntn bearings i bought from them did not last well at all. I think they have been raided before by trading standards. My own experience means i buy bearing from official distributors only now.

Anyone know if it would be possible to get sealed bearings/cartridges for what I think is an old Shimano HP-6500 600 Ultegra threadles 1 inch headset?
