Carbon fibre is quite porous if it's not heavily lacquered, so could be that some of the waxy stuff in the product has been absorbed.
I guess the lesson to learn is to not use these product... I don;t understand why people feel the need to spend money on special cleaning products for the bike... what's wrong with a few drops of washing up liquid in a bucket of water?

The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

I knew this couldn't be correct. 'Thread closed' suggests that BR actually moderates these forums - which is clearly not the case...
  • Don't know what the original message was meant to be so I will just say or ask something, anything.

What would happen if, in an attempt to save polar bears, a whole bunch of male and female polar bears were transported to Antarctica? Sounds a good plan to me. There'll be plenty of ice around for a while at the south pole, and penguins would replace seals regarding the bears diet.

Would Sonic the Hedgehog be even faster if he had a bike?

Did that recently, twice on different roads.
One had the inevitable consequence, the other though...😎🚴🚴

I don't believe you because you lived to tell the tale. Unless you are like the Michael Caine character in 'The Man Who Would Be King' and you're horribly disfigured? Maybe the lack of film crew meant you were saved. Nobody takes a wrong turn like that and gets out alive!

As to the polar bears, I reckon they would fall off the bottom of the planet and form a new constellation.

If they fell off the bottom wouldn't they, being bears, frighten the elephants standing on the turtle, there being turtles all the way down...
  • If they record their journey twice do the bears squash twice as many turtles or the same in half the time?

The Victorians did this sort of thing a lot and there's never been a single issue.

Are you suggesting polar bears use Strava? King of the Mauling, that sort of thing?
