Latest and greatest SEAT BAG?

Hello,
I'm looking for a new seat bag. My current Pearl Izumi isn't working out -- the strap and velcro seat tube attachment rub against my thighs and abrade the lycra no matter how I adjust them. It's also a bit large for what I need now that I also have a top tube bag, which is perfect for food/minipump and cellphone. Ideally I'd keep a multitool, a tube, CO2 cartridges/inflator and a repair kit (belt and suspenders with the CO2 and pump/tube, but on long rides you never know, and I've helped out folks on the road with the pump...)
Anyone have suggestions for what I'm looking for -- sleek, keeps out of the way of my shorts?
