some ports on sram etap blip box not working

So everything was working fine, and all of a sudden sram etap stopped shifting. I tried to repair the system but the problem is still there. After testing each port (plugging in each blip into each port and shifting), I can say that 3/4 ports don't work. The rear derailleur (as I don't have the front one) shifts either by pressing +/- buttons on the blip box or the 1 port.

Does anyone know what is wrong?
