Cannondale Synapse 56cm (Black, 105 5800 11-speed, Continental gatorskin tyres)

This is my Cannondale Synapse 56cm which was bought from Evans Cycles in January 2017. It has barely been ridden since then, maybe a dozen times in total. I bought it for my girlfriend but she never really got into road cycling.
The bicycle came with a Claris 8-speed groupset but I was upgrading my own bike at the time and moved my 105 11-speed groupset to the Synapse. The parts that I moved over have therefore covered more miles than the frame / other parts. I also replaced the wheels with new lighter ones from Wiggle.
This would make a great winter or commuter bike for someone, sadly I have to sell as it's just not getting used.
Ridden about 5 miles since last service.
Bike comes with:
105 11-speed cassette, front derailleur and rear derailleur
105 shifters (some cosmetic scrapes to them)
105 clipless pedals (for use with SPD-SL cleated shoes)
Tektro brakes (came with the bike)
FSA chainset (came with the bike)
Brand new 11-speed chain
Lifeline front and rear mudguards (can be removed easily with 4mm allen key)
Cosine alloy wheels
Continental gatorskin tyres (covered less than 100 miles)
Handlebars are fairly narrow so would probably be the most comfortable for a female or small to medium framed male
