Avail, Brava or Revolt?

Hello Bikeradar gurus,
I’m looking to bikepack from the UK to Turkey and need an appropriate bike.
I know there is whole world of bikepacking bikes out there, but the options available to me are
Liv Avail and Liv Brava. Would you guys know which one would be better suited? It will be mainly on roads, but I may pick some gravel options if bike, legs and time allow.
Another option might possibly be the Giant Revolt. I would rather go with one of the first two options, but mentioning the third option as well in case the Revolt would be much better suited for the trip.
