Morning, wet wet wet just got wet walking the dog, roads holding lots of water so no ride today, looks like I won’t be finishing the decking off either.
    Have a good day

Looks like a wet hound walk, big hound will have to stay on the lead after yesterday’s operation - mmmmm springer in the woods on a lead - it’s going to be hell

Wet here too, but wasn't really planning an outdoor ride today so no matter.
Another compulsory day off today so might try and figure out what's up with my rear mech.

After yesterday's soaking bike ride I am not inclined to repeat the exercise.
May force Mrs B to don her waterproofs to eat her lunch in the garden to use the new furniture.

You could buy a gazebo, or an umbrella?
    Then it will be sunny.

Cone of shame as well? We had weeks of it beginning of this year.

Damp out but it doesn't matter as I'm not going anywhere apart from maybe a trip to the shops this evening. Quite a few boring calls lined up of the type where I do work while camera off and mic muted.

Morning, still wet an miserable this morning, hound been escorted to sniff things and poo again.
May pedal later just got the mildly dull hump day to deal with of work.

Bike related, debating something campag, will mean I have one of every brand groupset going if it comes to fruition.

Bally, pergola is in your future, its on my list of things to construct at some point.

Got a call at 7 this morning 🤔 telling me my Amazon prime account was being cancelled again. 😉Dam I must ring them and renew my bank details.😱 Don't think so.🤣 Scamming scum.🤬

I get lots of emails saying the same, and for Netflix even though I don't have either.
Never had a phone call though, that's new.

Why should I buy a pergola, she's already got a coat?

Our parasol is firmly back in the shed.

I've got stock to value today which is fun, not.

I get them as well. Recorded message. Lazy scamming bastards can't even be bothered to actually speak.

Further to my above post re the shitty weather, the only positive this week is my foresight in cutting the grass on Monday.

At least I provide a modicum of positive influence.

Gorgeous here. Not a breath of wind.
Won't be pedalling unfortunately - picking up a fukton of wood for log burner.

Where's that @freddievonrost ? Seems like a potential subversive. Need some new recruits; you lot have gone soft.

    Morning folks,
Welcome Freddie, hope it's not too cold in the loft.
I think I'm going to have to go into the office again today to throw my PC out the window. I could delegate but the satisfaction of doing the deed in person would be higher.
The important question from yesterday is why did TLW name the mutt's johnson after Stevo? Did something happen on those trips to Wales, was the landlady included?
I have a bike with Campag that's bent, a bike that isn't built yet but will have Sram and a few bikes with Shimano that I can't ride. Quack's doing a phone consultation about my wrist this afternoon so that's something, hopefully it will start to improve if there's anything to be done.
Meanwhile as the work PC is offline I could exercise my wrist.
Supposed to be pub garden this evening, wide brimmed hat and raincoat would seem to be in order. You've got a lot to answer for friend of Bally.
  • Rather chilly, veronese. I'll pop down in a minute so be agood chap and put the kettle on.

Now, about that Campag groupset. That shiny Campag groupset.

just burn the new furniture and throw it over the fence

then we'll get the good weather back

Sounds familiar. When elder hound got the snip, wifey decided she would fit a pair of junior's old shorts from when she was small and cut a hole in the back for his tail. Shorts were bright pink...will see if I can dig out a pic :)

If you make a big enough bonfire with it, it tends to keep the rain away anyway.
