When starting zwift it now automatically starts me on the fuego flats,it always used to be at the beginning.
How do i change the settings back?

It depends on the route you choose. I think it remembers the last route you rode. Try selecting 'Flat route' or 'Hilly route', both of which (along others) start near the Zwift banner.
