Putting a Quarq DFour power meter on Pinarello Dogma?

Does anyone know if there is a way to put a Quarq DFour power meter on a 2019 Pinarello Dogma which has an Italian Threaded BB? The bike has a Shimano Dura Ace groupset installed. I ask because SRAM states that the Quarq DFour, which is specifically designed for Shimano Dura Ace drive train, requires a DUB BB and SRAM does not make an Italian threaded DUB BB. SRAM's own documentation states the for frames with a 70 Italian Threaded BB the solution is "*GXP crank with GXP Italian Threaded BB", which I interpret as "no you cannot put a Quarq DFour on that bike". I sent SRAM an email and simply have not gotten a reply.
Background for those who might be interested..
My interest in a Quarq DFour is #1 - price for all needed parts; $399 spider + $190 crank arms + about for $250+ chainrings + $50 for a DUB BB. Plus I could then sell my 9100 crankset to help cover the cost of the power meter. I think its a very good price for a power meter with Quarq reputation and accuracy. #2 - I prefer a dual sided crank/spider based power meter over pedal based, even good ones such as Assioma as I use Speed play pedals and do not want to change to Keo - Look based or SPD style pedals
Even more detail....
I am not interested in any dual crank/spider power meter that is built with Shimano 9100 crankset due the well documented accuracy issues which result from the design of the asymmetrical right side crank, see DCRainmaker or GPLama on tube for details, and specifically NOT Shimano 9100 P due to the HIGH price.

You could get a Power2max power meter that would be a direct swap with your Shimano crankset. They sell ones that are compatible with Shimano bottom brackets. Power2max power meters are reliable and are crank spider based.0

Here is the reply from SRAM about this
"To equip your bike with a Quarq power meter I would recommend our DFour DUB. It is designed to work with and match the Dura-Ace chainrings you have installed. It will require new crank arms which you can select on the configuration screen of the DFour DUB, they are Quarq branded SRAM Red arms and are available in many lengths. Last you will need an Italian threaded DUB bottom bracket. We do not make one, but Kogel Bearings, Ceramic Speed, BBinfinite and Wheels Manufacturing should all have options. "
The options listed above add between $150 to $400 to the cost of putting a Quarq DFour power meter on above other bottom brackets/
Details and Notes:
Kogel Bearings is $199 - "his bottom bracket fits a Sram DUB crank set on an Italian threaded frame", see https://www.kogel.cc/collections/sram-dub-bottom-brackets/products/ita-dub-sram-dub?variant=16064852000858
Ceramic Speed is $359 or $459 for "coated" see https://www.ceramicspeed.com/en/cycling/shop/bottom-brackets/ita-for-sram-dub-road/
Binfinite is $255 "Our BBInfinite DUB Ultra-lite Threaded External Cup Bottom Bracket System works with any DUB (29mm) road crank set on the market" see https://www.bbinfinite.com/products/bsa30-dub-ultra-lite-road-threaded-external-cup-bottom-bracket-68mm?variant=31774036033669
Wheels Manufacturing - I do not see any "DUB Italian Threaded? Bb on their site but I might be missing something.0 -
SRAM now makes a Italian DUB BB see this SRAM web page, https://www.sram.com/en/sram/models/bb-dub-it-a1
