Told Mrs B that I wasn't going out on the bike because of the strong winds. Didn't mention I was feeling hungover.

Slow start, may skip the trip to the sticks to walk the dogs and get a few things done here in peace.

Which of those 3 is less intelligent than Fayling Grayling?

Still prevaricating over ride / no ride. Been v gusty, enough to make me concerned, and repeated cloud over then blue patches... Dunno. Might take the tourer with guards and do a short one later. Decisions, decisions...

Managed to get up and out at a reasonable hour this morning.
Ride stopped 2 miles from home trying to rescue a sheep that had fallen into the canal. Got soaked, sheep died.
Then it started raining so went back home :disappointed:

Crisp winter day, lovely. Late start, sat in the sun for ages over brekky.

Took motorbike into town this afternoon for a decent run to collect some headset bits. Could have done with warmer riding gear...

Afternoon, a hard 40 mile loop just looked managed just shy of 2500ft of climbing, mainly into head winds on the gravel bike. Brutal is the word for that now relaxing with a coffee and fish finger sandwich.

bike needs attention shifting and brakes felt rubbish, something to do in the week if its not crap out.

Wasn't me that did the deed.

Managed a proper ride this afternoon, dodged the showers and any more animals in distress. The tailwind on the way back was pretty awesome.

Question is, did he take it home and bung it in the freezer?
