Hi, does anyone know what size Octalink bottom bracket my 2004 Giant TCR would have?

most likely a 68 shell, as for the spindle... hard to say, can you not measure it with a caliper? I'd say 109 for a double and 118 for a triple, tentatively

Just looked it up on Bluebook website. It's a Shimano BB-6500 Ultegra Bottom bracket 68 1.37x24 V1 Octalink 109.5 spindle length.

Ugo is right, it's a 68mm width. To replace you will need a 68 x 109.5 (+/-1mm) English thread or BSA standard bb.
