Decision time! Cayon AL 7.0 - Ribble R872 - Orbea Avant H30

Hi all!
Hoping to get some input on deciding which bike to get as I seem to change my mind every other day on which I think is best. I have £1100 to play with and can't decide between the AL 7.0, R872 or Avant H30. All seem to have relative strengths and weakness but mostly seems to come down to frames and group sets. If I'm honest my current bike is a Hybrid on Shimano tourney so any group set will feel like an upgrade.
Just wanted to make sure I'm getting the best value for money for my first step into road cycling
