Take some branding advice. Night vision and vision sound awfully familiar (Altura, Mavic) and the rest are just too descriptive. Which is great, you might think, until you realise that you can't stop anyone else from selling an indicator jacket, because the idea is not new and the trademark isn't distinctive.

Brand or product name? What does the brand stand for? What's its vision? Forever making the same products or product type, or branching out into other ideas?
