Leaking Hope Mono M4 caliper

I have an Mono M4 it's the silver one from 2007 and it's leaking.
I bought the seal kit from ebay, proper hope one HBSPC41:MM4 yet the caliper still leaks on pretty much all 4 pistons. All the pistons are proper hope ones and brand new and were used with hopes own hunter grease upon rebuilding.
I can see fluid around the pistons, sometimes bubbles and hear a fizzing noise upon releasing the lever. I guess it could be some dot5.1 from the rebuild on the face of the pistons that isn't drying off but the air/fizzing noise to me would say theirs definitely a leak and seems the Mono m4 and 2007 mono m4 calipers take the same seals. All the seals fitted nice and flush, with no kinks or twists, can't really work it out.
