Anybody have recent experience with these?
They have a couple of shop soiled bikes I’m interested in . Can’t get through to them at all . Don’t fancy purchasing online without an actual picture but reviews are leaving me a bit suspicious

Hargreave reviews are a lot less reassuring. I'd not bother.

I asked them a couple of questions about a bike in the shop soiled twice with no reply.

Needless to say I didn't bother asking or buying after that.

They are local to me and whenever I’ve been in they have been fine. Knowledgable staff and helpful. Don’t think you will have any problem with them.

I wouldn’t chance buying off them currently. Some terrible recent reviews sadly
