Giant Defy Advance Pro 3 2016 fork issue

Great bike. Only issue it is Disc brake with QR skewers. Could i upgrade the forks to 12mm T/A?

It would be a new fork completely and possibly new hub. Nothing wrong with QR and discs, they work but just not as easy as through axle. I have both on my bikes and it doesn't cause me a problem.
