Where to get Shimano Top Hats?
It's my understanding (and I might be wrong) that when it comes to PF BB's for 24mm spindles there are two options.
1) BBs that use a non-standard 24mm ID x 37 OD bearing
2) BB's that use a standard 25mm ID x 37 OD bearing
If you go with number 1 you have to use whatever bearing you can find. Not much for brand names out there. The best is probably Enduro.
If you go with number 2 you can source name brand bearing (SKF, NTN) but you need a polymer spacer to take up the extra space. These are referred to as "Top Hats" because of the shape or "Shimano Bearing Inserts".
Wondering where I can find these online, preferably somewhere in Canada or somewhere that doesn't cost a ton to ship from. Looks like BB infinite sells them but at $5 a pair plus $15 shipping they aren't cheap. Any other places to source them?

Only ever seen replacements for sale on a shop website in the U.S:-
Maybe cheaper to buy a new bottom bracket?
