Tyres safe to ride on?

Hi all, just wondered if the cracks in the tyres in the attached picture are normal and if they are safe to ride on?

The guy started two threads. One with pictures, this one without.
Doubt we will see him again. Bike will be returned to it's place at the back of the shed by July.
P.S. Tyres are shot.
