Covert womens drop bars to flat advise please

Hi all

I need advice pretty please as my finance has a road bike (2014 Trek Lexa SLX (link below)) that'll she'll like converted to flats bars.

It has Shimano 105 shifters/deraileurs with Tiagra double crankset/10 speed cassette.

I'll be doing the fitting myself as i've replaced parts on both my road bike and mountain bike over the years and happy with a new challenge but would like advice on the correct parts as not done this type of conversion before.

I was thinking of the below options;

Shimano Tiagra 4700 Flat Bar Brake Levers

Tiagra 4700 2x10sp Flat Bar Shifter

Cinelli Pepper Handlebar

I'm unsure of the stem size of the bike, will the above be ok? - related to below;

Ritchey Comp 4-Axis 30D Stem 2020
https://chainreactioncycles.com/ritchey-comp-4-axis-30d-stem-2020/rp-prod190762
(optional - to give her some additional upright riding position)

Hope the above list is ok, any advice would be great thank you.

Cheers

    Might have to replace the 105 rear mech with a matching 4700 Tiagra as the pull ratios are different, I think.
