Gravel tyres

I’m building a flat bar bike and did a mock-up earlier with the wheels and some old 28mm tyres.
There appears do be plenty of room meaning I’m thinking of fitting 32mm gravel tyres. I looked at some reviews but they all seem to be tubeless so can I fit them onto normal rims with tubes?

    Yes, but they'll be very tight if they're tubeless specific.

    I have some Panaracer Gravel Kings in 28mm which are tubed, I think they make the same in other widths too?

    About an hour ago I’ve just bought a pair of Giant PR2 disc wheels. Apparently they can be used with tubeless.
