Help with gravel bike decision

Hi all,

I'm weighing up two different gravel bikes. I struggling to decide. Please can you help steer me in one direction or another?

Number 1: https://www.evanscycles.com/pinnacle-arkose-d3-2020-gravel-bike-EV339948

Number 2: https://www.evanscycles.com/cannondale-topstone-alloy-tiagra-2020-gravel-bike-EV360983

I think I prefer the aesthetics of the Cannondale, but is it advisable to go for the Pinnacle due to its 105 groupset?

thanks!

These 2 bikes are £150 difference in price.
For another £150 you can have the Cannondale with 105.

If you prefer the Cannondale but want the 105 groupset, then I'd suggest spending the extra and being delighted with your purchase.

I literally hummed and arrred between these two bikes for months during last year, to the point of test riding the Arkose (which was lovely), though I couldn't find a retailer that would let me do the same with the Topstone.
Then I eventually bought a well-discounted GT Grade Carbon with 105. Go figure.
Btw the Grade is a super machine but you won't go too wrong with either of the Arkose or Topstone...
