I’m running a 2017 Vitus Escarpe VRX with full 11sp XT
What’s the most cost effective way of converting to Shimano 12sp using as many existing parts as possible?

You will need freehub for your rear wheel to accommodate the new microspline hub, 12 speed cassette, new shifter and new chainring (i have heard mixed opinions over whether this is actually needed or not).
Cheapest way is to look out for a drivetrain groupset such as this and then buy the new freehub for your wheelset:

Anyone know if there is a microspline 12sp freehub that can be swapped directly for an existing 11speed one?
I suppose it depends on the existing hub?Giant TCR Composite 1, Giant Defy Advanced 2, Boardman Comp, Santa Cruz Heckler, Raleigh M-Trax Ti, Strida LT, Giant Halfway0
