Battery for a Puch electric bicycle

Hopefully this is the right place to ask this question. My employers were donated two “ Puch “ electric bicycles about 11 years ago. They were hardly ever used. Now due to the virus some staff are showing interest in taking them out. Trouble is that the batteries are also 11 years old, and from what I’ve read, that’s way too old. They just no longer hold any charge for more than an hour, and that’s after charging them for 4 or 5 hours. I searched on line and it appears that Puch have been taken over a couple of times in the last decade. My question is simple .... Does anyone have any ideas where I could purchase two new batteries for this e bikes ? I’d be grateful for any info at all .

It might help if we know the model.
The review mentions that the battery is worth about £250 though.0 -
It is that bike Fenix yes . I guessed the batteries would be a few hundred , but the bike itself must be worth £2K I guess , so a shame it can’t be used .0
