Messed up with TACX NEO 2T web info

Hello,
I'm trying to set up my new TACX NEO 2T and I don't know which adapter should I use.
In https://tacx.com/product/neo-2t-smart/ they say "Directly compatible with 135×10 " but a little below they also say "it is directly compatible with all bikes, only for 135x10 you will nedd an additional adapter".
As they say 135x10 needs and adapter
, just in case, I'had bough separately a TACX 135x10 adapter set (T2840):

I see that the turbo trainer includes a small piece called QR x 135 NDS, the C figure in this:
https://support.garmin.com/en-NZ/?faq=2GhbXH9Bub8BgLJ8YgW7n5 which is an adapter for 135 mm bikes.
The question is...
If my bike is 135x10, which adapter should I use:
The small piece called QR X 135 NDS included with tacx neo2T or the separately sold TACX 135x10 adapter set (T2840) ??
