Pair Whaoo bolt after rest

I have had to to a factory rest on my Whaoo element bolt, now when i power up the unit im getting scan using companion App so how do i scan it with my phone?

It's pretty straight forward. Download the wahoo app and then follow instructions - it uses the phone camera to scan the bar code.

Surely you did this when you first got the bolt???

I did but the phone camera will not scan the bar code

In the app, finally got info on how to pair phone and unit after a factoy reset from Whaoo, all sorted, thanks guys,
